The white dragon comes from a factory area. The factory was so quiet that it looked abandoned, and perhaps it was. Factory buildings are arranged neatly one after another. They are built on high platforms. The high platforms are almost as high as the factory buildings themselves. They exist to ensure that the factories are not eroded by the sewage at the bottom - the sewage from the factory comes from the high ground. The pipes installed in Taichung drain out and flow into the artificial ditch at the bottom. It is not known whether the ditch will be full in the future, and if it is full, it is not known whether the factory will continue to discharge sewage.

In this factory area, there is a white dragon. It shuttles between buildings at a very fast speed, as if it is looking for its original shelter, but it also seems that this area is its home. The white dragon looks like a traditional Chinese dragon, with a slender body, antlers and a snake body, and four claws like an eagle.
