At this point, Wanderer and the system finally understood why there were never any pedestrians on the streets of Night City: with the Midnight Museum as the center, all kinds of monsters were wandering around the surrounding area. They lie on roofs, fly in the air, huddle in alleys, or just wander the streets. Some of them will be aggressive towards Wanderers, some will not. But their presence still makes the entire space extremely depressing and weird.
