This location is at a seaside port. The houses made of containers are not actually residential buildings, but the management system of the entire city filled with pipes. The high platform made of concrete is to prevent the erosion of sea water. The high platform on both sides created a canal, but the canal has dried up. Elevated tracks are used to carry trains, which have passenger seats but also carry freight. Train transportation is infrequent, and trains usually go out empty and return loaded with containerized goods. The train track is obviously built above sea level, but a tunnel is built at the outlet of the sea.
